Motivation or better to say lack of it is the main reason why people don't keep up with their workout routines.
The truth to say is, there is no any super device or multi-station machine that will motivate you to exercise. It is natural for us to choose the easier things instead of harder choices, that takes more effort. As an example - it is easier to hit snooze button on alarm at 6am than get up and exercise for 20 min. That is human nature to do things that are easier and more convenient.
The main motivation comes from your head and you have to figure out why do you want to get in better shape. The first reason that comes to the mind is usually to look better - of course, but did you know there are more good reasons.
I found out that for me working out helped me with my back problems and the level of energy level.
If you ask anyone who exercises regularly, they will tell you that it is not easy to get motivated nor the actual exercises are easy, but what keeps you going is the felling and results after that.
I am writing from my own experience, I like the feeling after the workout it makes me feel that the rest of the agenda for that day is much easier. Also it feels good to be energized in the morning.
You have heard this expression " if it was easy - everyone would be doing it" . Same thing applies to loosing weight and exercising. That is why you see lots of people NOT doing it.
Here are some thoughts to help you start changing your outlook and get in to action.

You don't have to eat it all now, it will be here later or you can take it with you and finish later if you still hungry.
